Imperial College London, one of the world’s top higher education institutions, needed to modernize a manual recruitment process that was causing duplications, inconsistencies, and delays. The university’s recruitment team was looking for a more self-sufficient, digital system to support hiring across departments, and chose Cornerstone OnDemand’s Recruitment solution, TalentLink, as part of its HR transformation.
Cornerstone OnDemand implemented TalentLink and launched a new job requisition form and process within three months. The phased rollout is now being used by three faculties and all support services divisions, improving end-to-end efficiency, reducing administrative work through automated processing and storage, and giving hiring managers real-time visibility and greater self-sufficiency. Internal feedback was extremely positive, showing strong adoption and faster vacancy filling.
