Town & Country (T&C) Markets is a family-founded grocery chain near Seattle with six locations and about 1,000 employees. T&C used Cornerstone’s Learning Suite to create “The Learning Compass,” a values-driven, continuous L&D program with role-specific lessons, multimedia content and bite-sized microlearning that starts on day one. The approach boosted engagement (employees +30 min/month, managers +45 min/month), increased interest in culture and compliance content, strengthened retention and safety, and set the company up for continued partnership and expanded training.
