How talent.brussels is Transforming HR in the Public Sector

talent.brussels, the regional public administration for the Brussels-Capital Region, needed to modernize and unify HR across multiple public bodies while reducing inefficiencies in recruitment and learning. Working with Cornerstone OnDemand, and using MyTalentLink along with Cornerstone’s Learning Management solution, it set out to replace fragmented tools, improve service delivery, and create a more connected HR ecosystem.

Cornerstone OnDemand implemented a phased rollout of recruitment and learning platforms, later expanding toward performance management. The result was a major operational turnaround: time-to-hire fell from 170 days to 60, candidate drop-out dropped from 75% to 25%, and MyTalentLearning grew to more than 4,000 users across 14 administrations with 2,500+ learnings and 300 e-learnings.
