How Spirit Airlines is charting a new course in learning

Spirit Airlines needed a way to better train its highly mobile workforce while meeting strict FAA, TSA, and union compliance requirements. To support Team Member development and operational readiness, Spirit Airlines turned to Cornerstone OnDemand and its Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS), including mobile and offline learning capabilities.

Cornerstone OnDemand implemented a flexible, intuitive LMS that expanded training beyond a few groups to the whole organization and enabled a smooth shift to virtual training. The result was increased LMS usage across the board, broader access to compliance and development training, and more seamless, uninterrupted learning during the pandemic.
