Cornerstone University wanted to reimagine customer product learning for its global audience, but needed a scalable, flexible platform to deliver personalized, engaging education and measure its impact. Using Cornerstone OnDemand’s Extended Enterprise solution, the team aimed to better support customers, partners, and resellers with evolving learning resources while improving the overall learning experience.
Cornerstone OnDemand implemented the Cornerstone Success Center (CSC) to deliver training, certifications, virtual instructor-led sessions, on-demand content, e-commerce, and social learning at scale. The results included faster onboarding, stronger engagement, and measurable outcomes such as 35% fewer functionality questions submitted to Global Customer Support from customers who completed Fundamentals training, along with increased registrations, attendance, and completions during the COVID-19 shift to virtual learning.
