How Bristlecone created a culture of self-directed learning

Bristlecone, a Mahindra group company and AI-powered application transformation services provider for the connected supply chain, wanted to strengthen career growth and build a more self-directed learning culture. To do that, it needed a platform that could offer personalized content, learning in the flow of work, and alignment with its meta-competency framework; Bristlecone turned to Cornerstone OnDemand and its learning platform to support this shift.

Cornerstone OnDemand helped Bristlecone launch tailored learning pathways, Teams-based access, nudges, gamification, and a governance and communication plan to drive adoption. The results were strong: platform adoption rose from 15% in the pilot to 75% company-wide, multi-day usage increased from 60.63% to 73.76%, learning reached 8,500 consumption hours, and employees completed 25,751 courses over the holiday period.
