How Assurance created a successful employee-centric culture of learning

Assurance, a Marsh & McLennan Agency company, needed a more scalable and employee-centric way to manage learning, performance, and compliance as it expanded across the country. Its legacy tools were repetitive, lacked an LMS, made compliance reporting difficult, and didn’t support individualized development goals for employees.

Assurance implemented Cornerstone OnDemand’s Cornerstone Recruiting, Cornerstone Learning, and Cornerstone Performance to support its DNA performance process and centralize training content. With Cornerstone OnDemand, Assurance streamlined CE compliance reporting, improved feedback conversations, created a single hub for learning, and used performance data for succession planning; in 2017, employees logged more than 9,000 hours of training in the system.
