FORUM Credit Union, an Indianapolis-based financial cooperative of about 375 employees, wanted to deepen employee development to better serve members. They struggled with separate performance and learning systems, cumbersome administration and poor vendor support, and low engagement and completion rates driven by a poor user experience.

In 2019 FORUM implemented Cornerstone Performance, Cornerstone Learning and CyberU to create a unified talent management platform. Within a year on-time compliance training rose from 78% to 99% and on-time performance review completions climbed from 92% to 98%; customized reporting increased visibility, task management was simplified through a single portal, and self-directed learning scaled dramatically with blended content and curricula, driving higher adoption and plans to expand onboarding and leadership development.
