A Cornerstone OnDemand Case Study

Preview of the American Bankers Association Case Study

Engaging Millennial Members with Social Learning & Collaboration

Founded in 1875, the American Bankers Association (ABA) serves banks of all sizes and provides professional development to a dispersed membership of over 180,000 bankers. Faced with changing workforce demographics—millennials who expect mobile, social and collaborative learning—ABA needed a scalable, measurable way to deliver engaging training anytime, anywhere.

ABA implemented Cornerstone’s Learning and Connect solutions with Extended Enterprise to create a one‑stop, mobile-friendly learning platform. Members now access courses, transcripts, discussions and simulations in a single place, learn at their own pace while collaborating in cohorts, and engage with micro‑learning and user‑generated content—improving the member experience, enabling virtual simulations nationwide, and supporting ongoing revenue through marketed training.
