The myCareer team in the NSW Department of Customer Service needed a flexible People & Culture platform that could serve seven different government clusters, improve employee development, and handle compliance and crisis-response needs. Cornerstone OnDemand helped myCareer build a single, curated learning experience with Content Anytime, custom pages, and themed playlists like myWellbeing and myDiversity. The results were strong: critical process times dropped by 40–70%, training compliance reached 90–100%, and a team of five now supports more than 17,700 employees. The content strategy also drove over 14,000 page views and 2,000 registrations/completions in the first month, with more than 200,000 course registrations and completions in the last six months.
