Dorel Juvenile elevates employee experiences across Europe with its inaugural learning management system

Dorel Juvenile, a leading juvenile care company with 1,000 employees across Europe, needed to consolidate HR and learning processes across its European division and better support employee development. To do that, the company worked with Cornerstone OnDemand to introduce its first learning management system, improving access to training for employees across offices, factories, and warehouses.

Cornerstone OnDemand helped Dorel Juvenile launch the new LMS in February 2024 with an extensive training catalogue covering technical and personal growth topics at beginner, intermediate, and expert levels. The rollout delivered smoother, easier-to-use learning experiences with little to no system errors, and employees quickly embraced it: more than 230 trainings were requested within months of launch, while leadership in Canada also recognized the positive impact.
