The VELUX Group, a Copenhagen-based designer and manufacturer of roof windows and skylights, needed to deliver ongoing, customized training to more than 10,000 employees across 40+ countries. Their legacy LMS and fragmented performance management processes made global learning, talent visibility and consistent succession planning difficult, so they sought a unified talent management solution.

VELUX implemented Cornerstone’s cloud-based, organically integrated suite—rolling out recruiting, learning, performance and succession modules country by country—at roughly the same cost as their previous LMS. The move reduced administrative burden, unified global and local learning programs, improved recruiting, increased access to talent data and insights, and created a stronger foundation for succession planning.
