Cooper Farms serves up a plentiful platter of employee development

Cooper Farms, a family-owned protein producer with about 2,400 employees across farms, processing plants, and feed mills, needed a better way to manage training and development for a diverse, widely dispersed workforce. Before working with Cornerstone OnDemand, training was tracked inconsistently and often manually, making onboarding, compliance, and employee development difficult to scale.

Cornerstone OnDemand implemented Cornerstone Learning, later adding Cornerstone Content and ILT tools, to centralize training, support micro-learning, and simplify instructor-led sessions. The result was a more modern and scalable learning program that improved consistency, made it easier to target skill gaps, and strengthened workforce agility and retention efforts across Cooper Farms.
