Content Anytime digitally supports multi-national skills-based transformation

BNP Paribas’s Learning and Development team needed a modern, cost-effective content solution that was easy to deploy, supported multiple languages, and reflected the diversity of its global workforce. The bank also wanted training that was accessible anytime, anywhere and better aligned with skills-based transformation, soft skills, and digital change, so it turned to Cornerstone OnDemand’s Content Anytime.

Cornerstone OnDemand implemented Content Anytime to support blended learning, with playlists, themed campaigns, and leadership and management content tailored to employee needs. BNP Paribas used the platform to shift away from classroom-only training, accelerate digital learning during COVID-19, and boost adoption through internal marketing; in BNP Paribas Luxembourg, digital learning consumption was expected to reach 80% in 2020, and the Group said more entities were preparing to subscribe.
