Bright Horizons Family Solutions, a leading provider of early education and employer-sponsored child care with 26,000 employees, had relied on Cornerstone OnDemand since 2010 but still struggled to manage roughly 50 training cohorts a year (about 300 over six years). Registration, tracking and administrative tasks were handled manually, and blended learning lacked an integrated social structure to drive authentic learner engagement.
In 2015 Bright Horizons piloted and rolled out Cornerstone’s Collaborative Learning to centralize cohort management, automate registration and create more organic peer and instructor collaboration. The platform improved user and instructor experiences, supported new programs, enabled pre/post competency measurement, and helped grow system adoption from 1,200 to 11,000 employees (an 800% increase).
