BECA was preparing for its annual graduate recruitment drive when it decided to explore alternative suppliers to give hiring managers more control and better visibility over candidates and applications. The company also wanted a single integration point for its existing systems, and it had already been using Cornerstone OnDemand’s learning and performance modules.
Cornerstone OnDemand implemented recruitment and onboarding on its platform, creating a more agile, user-friendly process for BECA. The results were strong: BECA hired 119 graduates from more than 1,500 applications, improved efficiency with an online offer tool, and created a better candidate and hiring manager experience. Cornerstone OnDemand also helped re-engage hiring managers, replace manual workarounds, and boost adoption of BECA’s learning tools.
