Aflac sets up its agents for success with a complete learning experience

Aflac, the insurance company known for preparing customers for life’s unexpected events, needed a better way to train busy agents and employees while keeping compliance, sales, and onboarding learning engaging. Working with Cornerstone OnDemand and its Cornerstone Learning Experience alongside Cornerstone Saba, Aflac set out to deliver more personalized, bite-sized learning that fit into agents’ limited schedules.

Cornerstone OnDemand helped Aflac launch customizable learning journeys, including the Aflac On Demand LXP, gamified onboarding, and sales-focused tools like Perfect Your Pitch. The results included nearly 400 pieces of internal content, about 40,000 external learning offerings, and stronger adoption through badges and short video-based training; data also showed substantially better production for new agents who completed onboarding, while the leadership academy drew 1,000 views in just three months.
