How Kremer Installatietechniek transforms its talent processes

Kremer Installatietechniek, a Dutch family-owned technical company, was looking to modernize its HR and employee development processes while supporting a workforce that is often away from a computer. The company needed a more integrated way to manage learning, performance, and development conversations, while also helping technically strong managers build softer leadership skills. Cornerstone OnDemand, using Cornerstone Galaxy, was selected to help address these challenges.

Cornerstone OnDemand implemented Cornerstone Galaxy to digitize core HR processes, centralize learning, and support development and performance management in one system. The rollout was smooth and had strong adoption: more than half of employees logged in within the first two weeks, and about 75% prepared their own development discussion. The platform also gave managers and HR better visibility into tasks and conversations, improved follow-up, and helped Kremer professionalize its leadership development program with minimal disruption.
