Cornerstone OnDemand implemented Cornerstone Galaxy in just over a year, creating a unified ecosystem for learning, recruitment, performance, and development with mobile access, scalable localization, and real-time analytics. The results were strong: 100% of employees became active users, more than 75% of learning was employee-initiated, and HR and managers gained time through automation and simplified workflows.
