GE Healthcare, a global leader in medical technology and diagnostics, needed a flexible learning platform to manage strict compliance requirements in the highly regulated life sciences industry while also supporting employee growth across a workforce of more than 100,000. After moving from a legacy system to Cornerstone OnDemand, GE Healthcare used Cornerstone’s Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to replace costly custom tools and create a unified learning environment.

Cornerstone OnDemand helped GE Healthcare build a “front door” for learning that surfaces compliance, safety, and development training in one place, while also supporting validation needs for regulated operations. In 2024, GE Healthcare processed 122 million assignments and 138 million completions, with compliance completions dropping from 92% to 86% as more learning shifted toward growth and development—progress toward its goal of reaching 33% of completions on the LXP.
