Sage, a global organization with colleagues across 40+ functions and 20+ countries, needed a better way to deliver personalized learning at scale. Its standard Sage Learning experience in Cornerstone OnDemand was too generic, making it hard for colleagues to find relevant content quickly based on role, location, function, tenure, or manager status.
Cornerstone OnDemand helped Sage build a Persona-Based Learning Experience (PBLE) using HRIS data, custom fields, and rule-based front-end experiences to tailor learning by persona and journey stage. The result was a more intuitive, scalable learning platform with strong adoption and satisfaction, delivering relevant learning in three clicks or fewer and driving Sage Learning NPS to +75 and CSAT to 93.7%.
