The customer, UGL Equis (a Chicago-based real estate and property management company), faced the challenge of managing its communications platform across approximately 30 U.S. locations without a single, nationwide vendor for support and maintenance. Converged Communication Systems was selected to address this need and support their mix of Avaya IP Office and Avaya Aura systems.

Converged Communication Systems implemented a solution that included finding a better carrier for voice telecommunications and executing a platform upgrade. This enabled remote workers to seamlessly send messages and make or take calls as if they were in the office.
