North American Transportation Company, a global transportation and logistics provider, was limited by its ERP’s accounting-focused reporting and was forced to rely on Primavera P6, error-prone spreadsheets and an incorrect outsourced report for Engineering & Construction (E&C) project controls. To address needs like budgets by CSI, vendor commitments, estimates at completion (EAC) and change-management tracking, the company selected Contruent and its Contruent Enterprise platform.

Contruent implemented Contruent Enterprise with out-of-the-box templates, PO drill‑down, robust change-management and Primavera P6 integration, and worked with the customer’s IT team for a smooth onboarding.
