ARTC, the Australian Rail Track Corporation, needed a more robust way to manage the Inland Rail megaproject after struggling with paper-based approvals, fragmented records, and data spread across multiple systems. Contruent implemented a centralized system that integrated with ARTC’s ERP, scheduling tools, SharePoint, Power BI, Active Directory, and other platforms. As a result, ARTC reduced manual work and month-end close time, improved data integrity, strengthened approvals tracking and forecasting, and gained better visibility into project spend, changes, and performance reporting.
