Continuum’s Network Operations Center Shows What ‘Service-Oriented’ Should Mean

Pulse Business Solutions (PBS), a Naples, Florida–based managed services provider for small and midsize businesses, needed to build a service-first culture that delivers reliable 24/7 support, improves client processes, and produces a stable, predictable return on customers’ IT investments.

PBS partnered with Continuum to leverage its 24/7 Network Operations Center (650+ technicians) and integrated remote monitoring (IntelliMonitoring). Continuum handled major incidents (backup failures after a Microsoft update, a CPA’s email outage, Sage SQL problems), provided fixes and monitoring tools, and trained PBS staff—enabling PBS to focus on strategy and growth.
