To solve this, they implemented Consensus, using its demo platform to give prospects a clearer look at the park experience and uncover what mattered most to them before sales meetings.

With Consensus, Carowinds was able to show prospects what a day in the park looks like, capture their interests, and help sales reps tailor conversations to the best-fit areas for each client. The results were strong: the team generated $50K in revenue from 5 new clients, achieved an 8% conversion rate versus an industry average of 2.35%, and produced 173 qualified leads from 2,243 demo views, with about 9% of demo viewers meeting with sales.
