Admiral is a global insurance and financial services firm that needed more flexible customer operations, real-time visibility into agent activity, and better campaign management to support rapid growth. To solve these challenges Admiral adopted ConnexAI’s customer experience/dialler platform (Connex One), seeking expert reporting, campaign tools and the ability to manage dispersed office and home-based teams.

ConnexAI delivered a real-time reporting suite, visual dialler and campaign-management features that let managers see breaks, call lengths, leads-per-hour, connect and wrap-up rates, and run multiple campaigns in parallel. As a result Admiral moved from one campaign at a time to running 3–4 simultaneously, shortened campaign feedback cycles (previously 3–6 months), improved agent efficiency and conversion rates, and recorded an overall increase in sales—while reducing manual admin and enabling future gains via ConnexAI’s gamification and planned speech analytics.
