Tecala Group, an Australian-owned Sydney-based managed services provider, was struggling with “leaking” data and slow billing because it relied on too many disconnected systems to manage customer information, time tracking, and service operations. The company needed a more unified platform, and it turned to ConnectWise CPQ and the broader ConnectWise suite to simplify operations and improve data accuracy.
ConnectWise CPQ helped Tecala Group centralize quoting and reporting, while ConnectWise Manage and other ConnectWise tools replaced multiple legacy systems with one shared dashboard. As a result, Tecala eliminated six systems, improved access to accurate data, sped up monthly billing, and became more efficient across the business. Most notably, Tecala said ConnectWise supported 400% business growth over eight years.
