AlertOps, a ConnectWise partner, wanted to better reach MSP buyers and build trust for its alerting and after-hours support solution, including its ConnectWise PSA integration. Through ConnectWise CPQ-related partner success efforts and the ConnectWise Invent program, AlertOps needed stronger visibility, credibility, and a clearer way to communicate its value in the MSP market.
ConnectWise CPQ helped position AlertOps through the Invent program and PitchIT, giving the company certification, marketplace placement, coaching, and a platform to refine its sales message. The result was increased demos, new customers, and higher profitability; AlertOps also won PitchIT and received $70,000 in prize money, which it used to further raise brand awareness and deepen its partnership with ConnectWise CPQ.
