Peace Hills Insurance, a provider serving Western Canada, faced the challenge of needing a cost-effective contact center solution that could support their unique operational needs. They wanted to deploy Amazon Connect but required additional custom features, such as support for over 700 quick connects, forced agent release for missed calls, and more holistic, customizable dashboards and reporting. They turned to the vendor ConnectPath CX for a solution.
ConnectPath CX deployed their platform on top of Amazon Connect to create a customized omni-solution. The solution provided robust call control, supervisor visibility, and the required custom functionality, including the ability to import over 1100 contacts. The implementation greatly improved usability and met the specific business needs of Peace Hills Insurance, which was extremely happy with the platform and ConnectPath CX's ability to provide a path for continued innovation.
