Xactly Forecasting, a sales pipeline and forecasting solution, faced the common challenge of helping sales teams forecast more accurately while driving more meetings and pipeline activity. To solve this, the company worked with ConnectAndSell and its Lightning dialing platform to move beyond manual dialing and improve SDR productivity.

ConnectAndSell helped design and roll out a new SDR process in about three weeks, combining targeted lead pooling with marketing emails and Lightning-powered calling. The result was a major boost in conversations and meetings: each SDR targeted 1,000 dials per day, generating about 30 conversations and one meeting scheduled daily, while also improving hiring, training, coaching, and overall team productivity.
