The customer, the Vermont Department of Health, selected the vendor Conduent to help define and build an online eWIC interface for its WIC program, which required integration with a transferred management information system.

Conduent partnered with the agency to deliver a solution that restored data accuracy for the WIC program and enabled digital access for participants. The implementation strengthened the overall performance of the WIC program for the state health agency.
