Conduent worked with Turner Construction, a global company with 5,200 employees, to address challenges in complex performance management and OSHA compliance. The customer needed an innovative solution to capture and share expertise internally to improve knowledge sharing with its many contractors and subcontractors.

The vendor designed and operated the Knowledge Network learning platform, which integrated an LMS, competency management tools, and custom-developed content. This solution provided a systematic curriculum and aligned performance management with company roles. As a result, Conduent fully deployed the Knowledge Network to over 6,000 Turner employees and extended it to more than 25,000 subcontractors across all business units.
