South Carolina DSS achieves three statewide system deployments with Conduent

The customer, South Carolina’s Department of Social Services (DSS), needed to develop and deploy three complex statewide child support systems simultaneously to better serve families and achieve federal regulatory compliance. They partnered with the vendor Conduent to achieve this modernization of their child support operations.

Conduent worked closely with state and county leaders to transform child support operations. The solution implemented by Conduent resulted in the successful deployment of a federally certified child support enforcement system, a State Disbursement Unit (SDU), and a modern family court system, bringing the state into compliance.
