A leading global technology company with 128,000 employees faced challenges in its Entertainment and Devices (E&D) organization. They needed to train and onboard their designated field sales trainers, known as "Gurus," to quickly disseminate product information and best practices across their vast retail network. To address this, they partnered with vendor Conduent Learning Services.
Conduent designed and developed a comprehensive train-the-trainer solution for the Gurus, which included a five-day onboarding program, demonstration collateral, and an acronym-based sales process. This enabled the client's E&D Readiness team to scale training and deploy it faster for a major fall product launch. As a result, a derivative program called Qualified Retail Sales Professional (QRSP) was implemented and contributed to an increase in the company's Net Promoter Scores, a key indicator of improved customer loyalty.
