Conduent implemented a comprehensive solution, providing an on-site team for content development, project management, and strategic advisement. The specific services included learning needs assessments, curriculum development, and piloting new virtual delivery methods. As a result, the Conduent team assisted in scoping over 75 projects, developed new staffing models and learning methodologies, and helped build credibility for BP's new centralized learning group, paving the way for expanded global manager training.
