Agribusiness boosts CDHP understanding from 23% to 44% with Conduent

Conduent Human Resource Services worked with Agribusiness, a large vertically integrated poultry producer, which faced the challenge of introducing a new and complex consumer-driven health plan to its 1,000 salaried employees. The company was concerned that confusion over the plan could disrupt operations and needed a way to ensure employees understood the changes, the reasons behind them, and how to manage their new healthcare costs effectively.

To address this, Conduent implemented a private social media platform and developed three interactive games to engage employees and explain the new plan. This solution significantly improved employee understanding across all measured categories, with post-campaign comprehension rates for topics like HSAs and the overall plan value seeing increases of over 20 percentage points. The results demonstrated that Conduent's approach successfully prepared the workforce for the change and fostered acceptance.
