Concentrix partnered with Major League Sports, a major sports league with over a billion fans worldwide, which faced the challenge of a fragmented and impersonal fan experience. The league sought to create a global membership program to act as a connective tissue for the fan experience, deepen engagement, and reward fans for their loyalty amidst high competition for their attention.
Concentrix employed an end-to-end loyalty strategy and design process to build a highly-experiential, personalized membership program. The solution included a custom member hub integrated with a new loyalty platform. Upon launch, the program successfully created a differentiated fan experience, resulting in over 3 million accounts being created in the first two months with limited promotion.
