Concentrix worked with a leading designer and marketer of Fixed Indexed Annuity (FIA) products in the financial sector that was growing sales but struggled to turn customer and sales data into usable insights. The company had data coming from multiple carriers and distribution companies in different formats and quality levels, plus limited internal IT resources, which forced it to rely on manual, one-off reporting and left product and marketing teams with limited access to the information they needed.
Concentrix built a cloud-based data warehouse and analytics environment that consolidated marketing and underwriting data into a single source of truth, pushed improved data back into Salesforce, and added dashboards with new KPIs, including mobile views for the sales team. Concentrix also trained the provider’s teams on self-service analytics, enabling push-button access to sales performance, trends, and rank, and giving the organization enterprise data in one place through Tableau.
