Concentrix worked with a major international airline carrying more than 56 million passengers a year. The airline saw that personal media and mobile technology were increasingly shaping the travel experience and wanted support to improve customer journeys and align digital products with broader business goals, including an airline app and related web and mobile experiences.
Concentrix began in 2012 with a small UX team for the airline’s iPad app and expanded the engagement into a multi-channel program spanning mobile, web, and wearables. The vendor provided product strategy, UX/UI design, native app and web development, accessibility compliance, and agile coaching, helping the airline strengthen its digital products and move toward a more customer-centric travel model.
