Concentrix worked with a large construction company that wanted to solve a major industry problem: existing project management tools could not handle the complexity of massive capital projects with hundreds of contractors, many steps, and billions of dollars at stake. The client needed a cloud-based platform to manage large-scale construction projects end to end, from initial cost estimation through final handoff.

Concentrix evaluated the requirements, selected Microsoft Azure as the cloud foundation, and helped build a feature-rich, mobile-enabled project management solution using a distributed agile approach across the United States, India, and Argentina. The first release launched globally on schedule, with three additional releases planned within a year, and the platform integrated with ERP systems while adding tablet, smartphone, voice, and gesture-based capabilities for field teams. Concentrix continues to support the product and is now helping the client explore drone inspections and AI-based image analysis.
