Concentrix worked with America’s Largest Healthcare Provider, one of the largest integrated care providers in the United States, to improve its flagship mobile member app. The client needed a better way to manage frequent iOS and Android releases after delays were creating problems, even as the app was being used by more than a million people to make appointments, view records, send messages, and refill prescriptions.

Concentrix provided plan, build, and test services for the mobile initiatives, integrating with the client’s Agile teams, redesigning the app experience, connecting it to back-end systems, and ensuring ADA, HIPAA, and security compliance. The two-year engagement helped deliver regular on-time releases and major app improvements, including smoother member onboarding, new scheduling and health tools, and indoor navigation with Bluetooth Low Energy beacons, creating a stronger mobile foundation for future member-facing features.
