Deakin University, represented by its Student Association (DUSA), faced falling on‑campus engagement and the challenge of supporting tens of thousands of remote and on‑site students who increasingly avoided face‑to‑face or phone contact. To address this, DUSA selected Comm100 and implemented Comm100 Live Chat (customer since October 2022) to lower barriers to contact and boost student engagement across ages and study modes.
