Cotality boosts learner completion 259% with Cognizant

Cotality, a provider of information services and analytics to the property industry, faced a challenge in training its IT staff during a transition to the Google Cloud Platform. Its traditional instructor-led training was inefficient, leading to high drop-out rates and cognitive overload. The company engaged Cognizant to develop a scalable, digital learning program to upskill its workforce effectively.

Cognizant developed the Cloud Enablement GCP Fundamentals Program, a five-week, cohort-based learning journey hosted on the Intrepid platform. The solution featured over 350 content pieces and used gamification to improve engagement. This new program trained 223 employees in its first year, a 259% increase in completions, and received a 9 out of 10 rating for learner experience. Cognizant's work was also recognized with an Intrepid Momentum Award for Best Moderation of a Class.
