ActionCoach, a business coaching franchise, needed a better way to reach a very specific audience: business owners in London with £1M-£10M turnover. Instead of relying on a call centre, they looked for a solution that could give their BDMs accurate, actionable B2B data and help them identify which prospects were engaging. They turned to Cognism and its data platform to support their prospecting efforts.

Using Cognism’s platform and Chrome Browser Extension, ActionCoach enriched its database with emails, direct dials, website details, and LinkedIn profiles, then imported the data into Salesforce for outreach. The result was more than 30 qualified meetings and conversations with 30-40 prospects, with an estimated £100k in additional revenue over the next few years.
