CodeSignal implemented its Industry Coding Framework, a validated asynchronous technical screen, through the CodeSignal Hire suite to replace traditional technical phone screens for senior candidates. In A/B testing, the assessment met completion benchmarks without increasing drop-off, was preferred by more candidates over proctored interviews, and helped improve early prediction of quality of hire. The change saved engineers thousands of hours, equivalent to nearly 6 full-time engineers, while improving the hiring experience for both candidates and interviewers.
