British American Tobacco, a leader in the Romanian tobacco market, faced the challenge of accelerating its internal sales processes and strengthening its customer-oriented culture to adapt to a constantly evolving and competitive market. They needed to bridge the gap between theoretical training and practical skill execution for their large sales organization. To address this, they partnered with the vendor Code of Talent to implement its microlearning platform.

Code of Talent implemented a mobile, dynamic, and practical solution centered around gamified microlearning journeys. These "missions" were designed to develop skills in areas like storytelling, time management, and leadership, directly linking learning to on-the-job execution. The results were highly successful, with an average completion rate of 83.5% and high user engagement evidenced by 3,806 badges awarded and over 9,226 answers submitted, demonstrating the platform's effective adoption and impact.
