Telus Mobility sought to streamline the customer experience and launch a new Learning Center program in 2010, but needed a simple, scalable scheduling system that would fit into its internal operations. They partnered with Coconut Software to provide an online appointment-scheduling solution to support the Learning Centers and future customer-facing services.
Coconut Software delivered a branded, bilingual, user-friendly scheduling platform integrated with Telus’s internal reporting, deployed on time and on budget. Working closely with Telus teams, Coconut Software enabled Telus to roll out TELUS Appointments nationally, driving increased customer adoption and improved survey scores while helping Telus differentiate itself in the competitive telecom market.
