Telus Mobility sought to streamline the customer experience and launch a new Learning Center program in 2010, but needed a simple, scalable scheduling system that would fit into its internal operations. Working closely with Telus teams, Coconut Software enabled Telus to roll out TELUS Appointments nationally, driving increased customer adoption and improved survey scores while helping Telus differentiate itself in the competitive telecom market.
