Enrichment of WiSH Outdoor visitor database with smart tools

WiSH Outdoor, a three-day music festival in the Netherlands, wanted to enrich its visitor database so it could communicate more specifically with different visitor segments and ultimately sell more tickets. To do this, the team worked with CM.com and used the Email solution and Customer Data Platform from the CM.com Mobile Marketing Cloud to collect and unify visitor data from ticket sales, pre-registration, and post-purchase forms.

With CM.com, WiSH Outdoor built 360° customer profiles, created targeted segments, and used the data to send more relevant campaigns and remarketing ads based on interests and behavior. This helped the festival show the right information to the right people, avoid sending irrelevant messages, and strengthen its data-driven marketing approach to support higher ticket sales, though no specific numerical results were disclosed.
