The City of Helsinki's Urban Environment Unit faced a significant administrative challenge, as its Construction Services team had to manually process a high volume of bids for over €200 million in annual construction tenders, a time-consuming and error-prone task. This eliminated manual handling, automated the creation of comparison tables, and centralized all bidding materials.
